How do I find my perfect fit?
We recommend referring to our comprehensive Size Guide located on each product page. Our intimates are designed to be true to size, but if you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up for maximum comfort.
What is your return policy?
For hygiene reasons, we only accept returns on unworn items in their original packaging with tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that individual pairs of underwear are final sale.
How should I care for my Cou Cou intimates?
To maintain the longevity of our delicate Pointelle fabrics, we recommend hand washing in cold water with a gentle detergent. If using a machine, please use a mesh laundry bag and a delicate cycle, then lay flat to dry.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery within the United States usually takes 3-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is on its way.
